For the purposes of this portfolio, I have categorized my Professional & Technical Writing courses into three sections;

Professional and Business Writing, containing examples of professional documents, Research and Theory, featuring examples of theory and research-related coursework, and Chatbot Design, containing examples from courses relating to the design and construction of a chatbot. Although there is some overlap in the categorization,  all of the examples have been selected to illustrate the successful achievement of program outcomes and goals.
